Core Operational Responsibilities A Floorman plays a vital role in operations by assisting with pipe handling, maintaining rig floor equipment, supporting drilling activities, cleaning and organizing the work area, inspecting tools and machinery, and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times. Floormen work closely with the driller to support efficient and safe rig operations.
