1. Nature of Our Services

EduZenvora offers digital educational services including online training programs, live and recorded classes, digital learning materials, course certificates, and placement assistance. Since these are digital services, access to course content may begin immediately after enrollment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made for the same course.
• Payment was completed but enrollment could not be provided due to a technical issue on our side.
• A course is cancelled permanently by EduZenvora before commencement.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• The student has received access to the course or learning materials.
• The student has attended live classes or accessed recorded sessions.
• The student changes their mind after enrollment.
• The student is unable to attend classes due to personal reasons.
• The student fails to complete the course.
• Certificates have already been issued.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us with your Full Name, Registered Email Address, Phone Number, Course Name, Payment Reference or Transaction ID, and Reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
