Welcome to EduZenvora Academic Foundation ("Merchant", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of eduzenvora.com, our Learning Management System (LMS), online courses, training programs, and related services.

1. Eligibility

By enrolling in any course offered through EduZenvora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Course Registration

Course enrollment is confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form, full payment of the applicable course fee, and verification of your registration by EduZenvora.

3. Course Delivery

EduZenvora provides professional online training in Oil & Gas and related technical fields. Course features may include live online classes, recorded learning materials, digital study resources, online assessments, and Certificate of Completion.

4. Course Fees & Payments

All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
Applicable taxes will be charged according to Indian law.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course fees paid are generally non-refundable after successful enrollment. Refund requests will be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of EduZenvora.

6. Student Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration details.
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Use course materials only for personal educational purposes.
Not share login credentials with others.
Not copy, record, distribute, sell, or reproduce course content without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on eduzenvora.com is the intellectual property of EduZenvora Academic Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued only to students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements. EduZenvora reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.

9. Placement Assistance

EduZenvora provides placement assistance to eligible students. However, placement assistance does not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiting companies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
